What the $99 covers

One project, one trade
Plan set up to 20 sheets
Three business days from the point I have everything I need
One round of revisions
Takeoff, scope sheet, material list, RFQ list, estimate framework, and the questions the drawings do not answer
You provide usable project documents — a link to the plans and specs I can open

New customers, one per company. If the set is bigger than that or the scope is outside it, I tell you the real price before any work starts — you can go ahead or take a refund. If what comes back is not useful, tell me what was wrong and I will fix it or refund the $99.
